As the largest commercial cryogenic processor in the world, we deliver significantly improved end products and significantly decreased manufacturing costs to our customers through our three component service offering, which includes:

Who We Work With

• Most typically, we partner with large manufacturers and retailers, but any company that makes and/or sells a product whose useful life and/or efficacy is compromised from surface wear is a potential customer. In addition, any manufacturer with significant perishable tooling expense is a potential customer.

What We Do

• We complete a diagnostic phase to ensure a true understanding of each prospect’s needs.
• We complete a prospect development phase, which consists of developing custom and proprietary COLDfire profiles and executing relevant, statistically-significant application tests to determine our real ability to improve the prospect’s products.
  - Testing is jointly developed and executed by COLDfire and the prospect or by these two parties and a certified third party lab.
• We seamlessly integrate our process into our customers’ manufacturing processes.
• We continuously develop new profiles to improve existing products we treat and to identify new product opportunities for each customer.

How We Do It

• We have a deep and talented team of cryogenic & mechanical engineers, metallurgists, operations and statistics experts.
• Our team of professionals works in a consultative fashion with each prospect/customer to execute every component of our service offering.
• We often work with established third-party labs for application testing as well as engineering universities for microstructural analyses on various products.

Our primary gating function to establishing a relationship with a prospect is our ability to demonstrate a positive performance improvement on their products. If we can’t improve a prospect’s products, we excuse ourselves from the sales cycle. Up to this point, a prospect has spent little (if any) funds on the project and invested minimal time. We establish long-term customer relationships by continuously delivering on each component of our service offering.
